Alt+Shift+C: Configurations

Alt+A: Automate

Alt+Q: Quickpass [CyberQP]

Alt+Shift+Q: Quickpass Active Clients Hudu Article

Ctrl+Shift+H: Hudu

Ctrl+Shift+D: Duo

Ctrl+M: My List [Tickets assigned to you]

Alt+Shift+P: Paste ticket number [either the copied one or a manually entered one] into a new tab


Tab Organization:


Alt+F2: Manually rename active tab

Alt+Y: Copy ticket number to variable and change the tab's name to that ticket number and summary

Alt+Shift+Y: Force change tab name to last-copied ticket number and summary

Alt+Shift+P: Paste ticket number [either the copied one or a manually entered one] into a new tab

Ctrl+Alt+1: Set tab name to "My Tickets"

Ctrl+Alt+2: Set tab name to "In Queue"

Ctrl+Alt+3: Set tab name to "Triage"

Ctrl+Alt+4: Set tab name to "SLA"

Ctrl+Alt+5: Set tab name to "Search"


Ticket Statuses:


Alt+1: Set ticket status to "In Progress"
