Alt+Shift+P: Paste ticket number into a new tab [either the copied one or a manually entered one]


Tab Organization:


Alt+F2: Manually rename active tab

Alt+Y: Copy ticket number to variable and change the tab's name to that ticket number and summary

Alt+Shift+Y: Force change tab name to last-copied ticket number and summary

Alt+Shift+P: Paste ticket number [either the copied one or a manually entered one] into a new tab

Ctrl+Alt+1: Set tab name to "My Tickets"

Ctrl+Alt+2: Set tab name to "In Queue"

Ctrl+Alt+3: Set tab name to "Triage"

Ctrl+Alt+4: Set tab name to "SLA" --> [ Also selects the "Response SLA Monitoring" filter when on a service board ] <--

Ctrl+Alt+5: Set tab name to "Search"


Ticket Statuses:


Alt+1: Set ticket status to "In Progress"

Alt+Shift+1: Set ticket status to "In Queue" | Ctrl+Shift+1: Set ticket status to "In Chat"

Alt+2: Set ticket status to "New Via Phone"

Alt+Shift+2: Set ticket status to "New Transfer From Triage"

Alt+3: Set ticket status to "Pending Tech Assignment"

Alt+Shift+3: Set ticket status to "Agent Responded"

Alt+4: Set ticket status to "Completed (Closed)"

Alt+Shift+4: Set ticket status to "Enter Time"


Pod Post Auto-Creation:


F10: Copy pod post with initial description

Ctrl+F10: Copy pod post without initial description

Alt+F10: Copy pod post with initial description and first internal note

Ctrl+Alt+F10: Copy pod post with a Teams ping to the assigned technician


General Navigation:


Alt+Delete: Close ticket popup

Alt+Backspace: Exit current ticket

Alt+-: Exit current ticket

F6: Refresh service board and clear any fields

F7: Refresh current ticket

Alt+Shift+S: Save current ticket / note popup

Alt+S: Save and exit current ticket / note popup
